On <strong>May 30, 31 and June 1<\/strong> <strong>, 2025<\/strong>, the Place Hugues-Plomb will be transformed into a huge festive village, where visitors can sample numerous Belgian beers, attend live concerts and enjoy an exceptional atmosphere. Among the breweries present will be such emblematic names as : <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Chimay Brewery<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Founded in 1862, <a href=\"https:\/\/chimay.com\/fr-fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"99\" data-end=\"109\">Chimay<\/strong><\/a> is a Belgian Trappist brewery located in Wallonia. It is famous for its abbey beers brewed by Trappist monks, notably <strong data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"271\">Chimay Bleue<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"292\">Chimay Rouge<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"317\">Chimay Blanche<\/strong>. These beers are renowned for their quality and bottle fermentation.  <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Brasserie De Leite<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deleite.be\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"448\">brasserie De Leite<\/strong><\/a>located in Ruddervoorde, West Flanders, is a small craft brewery producing original, often barrel-aged beers. Notable creations include <strong data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"657\">Enfant Terriple<\/strong> (a triple hop) and <strong data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"707\">Cuv\u00e9e Soeur&#8217;ise<\/strong>, <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Brasserie Huyghe<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Founded in 1906 in Melle, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brouwerijhuyghe.be\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"823\">Huyghe brewery<\/strong><\/a> is world-renowned for its famous <strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"884\">Delirium Tremens<\/strong>, recognizable by its emblematic pink elephant. Huyghe also offers a varied range, including <strong data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1006\">Delirium Red<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1035\">Delirium Nocturnum<\/strong>, all appreciated for their complex aromas. <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Brasserie Malheur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malheur.be\/fr\/bieres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1132\">Malheur brewery<\/strong><\/a>located in East Flanders, specializes in champagne-style beers (Brut and Dark Brut). It is best known for its <strong data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1272\">Malheur 10<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1293\">Malheur 12<\/strong>, strong beers with caramelized and spicy notes. Malheur is one of the few breweries to use the m\u00e9thode champenoise for some of its beers.  <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Brasserie Leroy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leroybreweries.be\/fr\/la-brasserie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1502\">Leroy Breweries Group<\/strong><\/a> group comprises several Belgian family breweries, including the Van Eecke brewery and the Het Sas brewery. Founded in 1572, Leroy is one of Belgium&#8217;s oldest brewers, producing iconic beers such as <strong data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1728\">Hommelbier<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1755\">Poperings Tripel<\/strong>, known for their generous hops. <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Brasserie Jus de Mer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/jusdemer.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brasserie Jus de Mer <\/a><\/strong>stands out for its maritime-influenced beers, often brewed with ingredients from the sea.
